My own journey to wealth creation and a dream lifestyle, started in the early 1980’s where we bought our first home for $67,000. We renovated it and sold it on a few years later for $150,000. Then we did it again purchasing for $225,000, renovating and selling for $960,000. Over the years, using various investment strategies, we have built our own net worth to well over our goal of $2 Million Dollars. This means the capacity to generate over $100,000 per year in INVESTMENT income. That is, money that comes in while I play.
Unlike other financial experts… I’ve walked the walk – taken this journey and put my money into my systems. I like to teach not just the concepts – but the all the juicy “How-To’s”.
